Can I delete a company profile?

Yes. Go to Company profiles → three-dot menu → Delete.

TL;DR

  • Only the profile is deleted, not past conversions.
  • You can no longer pick it on future conversions.
  • Previously generated SEPA XML files keep the profile data as of the conversion time.

When to delete

  • The company is closed.
  • You changed VAT (merger, restructuring): create a new one and delete the old.
  • You made a mistake on creation: edit or delete.
